Photography Workshops - Release Agreement

Before signing up for the workshop, please read the release agreement below.

Participant Release Agreement

I understand that there are inherent dangers in participating in this photography workshop, including, but not limited to, hiking, driving, photographing outdoors, and my personal safety cannot be guaranteed. I certify that I am in reasonably good physical condition and can complete hikes of 3-4 miles without endangering my health. I understand that my photography equipment and/or personal belongings could be damaged during the workshop by a number of factors including, but not limited to, natural forces such as rain or wind and other factors such as falling with or dropping my equipment. I take full responsibility for all of my own gear.

I hereby release and forever discharge Willie Holdman and all other participants and assistants from any responsibility, personal liability, injury, death, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with this photography workshop.
